About Dr. Egbert
Neha Egbert, MD, is a skilled OB/GYN physician who is passionate about women's health care and committed to serving the New York community of Chinatown at Mott Women Healthcare. She has a strong interest in promoting women's health education and family planning. Dr. Egbert is dedicated to her patients’ well-being and giving each woman she treats the best care possible.
Dr. Egbert obtained her bachelor’s degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and her medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada. She then went on to graduate from the competitive residency program in obstetrics and gynecology at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. She is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Medical Association.
After obtaining her certification, Dr. Egbert worked at Doctors Medical Group, a multi-specialty clinic in the Bronx, and Harlem Medical Group, and she also holds an affiliation with Metropolitan Hospital. She joined Mott Women Healthcare in 2018.
Dr. Egbert offers in-office procedures like colposcopy, cervical polyp removal, endometrial biopsy, and IUD removal. In her spare time, she volunteers in the community to spread awareness about breast cancer and cervical cancer screening. She speaks English and Hindi.
